Renovations
Improve the home you already have.
A good renovation improves how your home works, not just how it looks. We carry out residential renovations across the Wellington region — from kitchens, bathrooms and living areas through to substantial whole-house transformations.
We're used to working in occupied homes and around the realities of renovation construction: existing structure, weathertightness, services and the details that only show up once the walls are open. We plan for them early and keep you informed as the job progresses.
What This Covers
- Whole-house renovations
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Layout changes and reconfigurations
- Structural alterations and repairs
- Re-cladding and weathertightness work
- Interior fit-outs and finishing
